South Bohemia History Tour
18th -25th June 2012
A guided tour of South Bohemian heritage sites, including castles, churches (gothic to baroque), historic towns and villages, museums historical landscapes and industrial history. The tour includes three UNESCO designated sites (Cesky Krumlov, Holasovice and the Trebonsko heritage landscape). This tour is a lovely introduction to the Czech Republic.
Hussites Tour - A Trip into the Middle Ages
13th - 20th September
This guided tour is for people who like ruined castles, knights and ancient towns. The tour is built around the story of Czech church reformer Jan Hus (John Huss) and his Hussite warrior followers and takes in the annual Hussite Festival, the Tabor Meeting, in the medieval town of Tabor.
Czech Art and Crafts Tour
2nd - 9th July
This guided tour offers the opportunity to experience Czech traditional arts and crafts as well as visiting some of the loveliest towns in the Czech Republic (Ceske Budejovice, Trebon, Jindrichuv Hradec and Cesky Krumlov)
Walking Tour of Historic South Bohemia
2nd - 7th September
This five-day guided tour (with an three day optional extension in Cesky Krumlov) combines visits to some lovely South Bohemia’s historic towns with four easy to medium guided walks. The walks have been chosen to show some of the area’s historical and nature sites. The walks are Along the Golden Trail (Prachatice), Vyssi Brod and the Vltava, Trebon and the Lakes, Zlata Koruna Abbey to Divci Kamen Castle.
